Together we will delve into practices that honour the wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit, utilising a harmonious blend of ancient traditions and contemporary techniques that are curated to guide you towards deeper inner connection and personal growth.

This Transformative 1 day Retreat will include:
A 90 min guided Tea Ceremony
Louise will hold a meditative drop-in through the ritual of bowl tea, creating space for introspection, reflection, and grounding. It will be an invitation to embark on a journey inward, to connect with the profound ancient wisdom that resides within each of us.
A 2-hour Breathwork Circle
Utilising the powerful FBR bodywork technique whilst consciously breathing, Sara will guide an inner journey to release stagnant energy, clear emotional, physical, mental and/or spiritual blockages and allow for deep nervous system regulation and access to profound states of clarity and inner peace.
* Sara will be supported by Emma Yeadon, trained in the FBR technique.
A 60 min Guided Dance Journey
Through movement and music, Stef will facilitate a sacred exploration of your body and emotions, inviting you to move, flow, and dance into your fullest authentic expression.
You will explore and learn:
- How to hold yourself through diverse emotional states
- How to operate and feel into your inner strength and heart desire
- Basic functions of the body & nervous system regulation by breathing consciously
- Healthy outlets for stagnant energy and emotional blockages
- Self inquiry processes
- Sharing, learning & being seen in a circle of women
The day will also include:

About Your Facilitators:
Stef Dadon is a certified meditation teacher, having completed Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. She has travelled the world learning from various ancient and modern modalities, including most recently with the Dalai Lama in Dharmshala. Stef is passionate about creating spaces for women to feel deeply seen and heard; she holds women’s circles in Byron Bay, and currently teaches meditation at Peaches as well as privately. In her other life, she is a fashion entrepreneur and co-founder of environmentally-conscious footwear brand TWOOBS.
Louise Hong passionately shares the ancient art of tea. Having trained with Byron Bay’s Cloud Hidden, she embraces the wisdom of tea traditions to create moments of introspection, contributing to the rich tapestry of self-discovery. Beyond tea rituals, Louise loves to create sacred spaces for women, fostering authentic connections and environments for rest, play, and healing, celebrating the strength and deep connection found in women's work.
Sara de Clercq combines cognitive insights & clarity with somatic awareness & healing. As a certified Master Neuro-Linguistic & Integral Development practitioner, Integral Semantic Facilitator and FBR Breathwork practitioner she loves creating spaces for safe, grounded and integrated processing to deeply feel and re-connect with all parts of ourselves, each other and the wider world. Sara specializes in Conscious Connected Breathing focused on Nervous System regulation and emotional balancing, facilitating a process of accessing parts of the mind & body that are not easily accessible through traditional therapy. Sara has supported many groups and individuals to transcend their preconceptions and limiting beliefs.
