AN INTEGRAL FRAMEWORK LEADING TO A HEALTHY, HAPPY AND THRIVING WORKPLACE

YES& TEAMS are programs intentionally designed to support individual and collective personal growth, self-leadership, and communication skills hosted by YES&.

Each series of workshops is designed to provide teams and workplaces with the tools and practices to develop resilience, improve relationships with stress, and understand how burn-out and overwhelm come into play in a professional context. 

Through practical activities that go beyond conceptual understanding, these workshops also explore team communication skills, and how increasing capacity to hold multiple perspectives can improve professional relationships.

The workshops will offer up tools, techniques and principles from an Integral perspective, utilising Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory AQAL Model and NeuroLinguistic Programming applied to working dynamically within teams that are driving toward a shared vision.

YES& Teams works with business owners and teams to custom design a unique combination of one-off workshops, workshop series, and/or group coaching sessions that suit the needs of their workplace.  The sessions increase synergy & alignment and provide the tools for team members to contribute to the purpose of the group from a thriving place.  

Supporting team members to increase their capacity for resilience, emotional intelligence and effective communication allows whole teams to build cohesion and develop collaboration skills.

The team will increase their capacity to:

  • Utilise right mindset and language to deal with feelings and thoughts of overwhelm, stress and anxiety and develop resilience.  

  • Hold multiple perspectives, which facilitates a workplace culture of increased clarity, communication, efficiency, care and enjoyment. 

  • Navigate complexity within groups and/or teams, including seeking and giving feedback, asking powerful questions and listening deeply.

  • Improve emotional intelligence and step with confidence and care into difficult conversations and develop a supportive culture in the team that lifts each other up.

  • Develop the capacity to find solutions and opportunities in challenging situations. 

  • Balance personal and professional lives and integrate both for a more wholesome and fulfilled personal and professional life. 

  • Understand self more deeply through personality profiling and learn how to work best with strengths and blind spots for each individual within a professional setting. 

  • Step into accountability and autonomy in each individual within the team and the team as a whole.

One-off workshops

In this potent one off workshop we will discuss the power of resilience, radical responsibility and managing one's own thoughts states and emotions in a team dynamic.


Benefits of these 2-hour workshops:

  • An increased understanding of managing stressful and overwhelming thoughts or emotions.

  • An increased awareness of radical responsibility and zone of power, increasing personal agency and initiative.

  • Understand a shared framework to allow team members to become aware of their own, and others, thoughts and behaviours.


    One-off workshops can be expanded to include other aspects of personal and professional growth relevant to individual teams, and provided in a half or full day team retreat context.

Short workshop
series

Through 4 effective workshops typically delivered fortnightly, we will explore resilience, radical responsibility, listening & communicating within a team, and how individuals can manage their own thoughts states and emotions within a team dynamic.

  • Explore and practice a range of tools for enhancing communication; listening, holding multiple perspectives, clear communication, utilising questions.

  • Opportunities for practice and integration of skill for embodied understanding and transfer into professional life.


Ongoing workshops

Over the course of 12 months or more, the team will go into a deep dive of personal mastery, resilience, radical responsibility, communication with care and clarity. We will deeply explore how one’s own thoughts, states and emotions influence how work and life is experienced.

  • Explore and untangle the unique dynamics of the personalities working within the team, enhancing communication and relationships.

Each workplace package is designed collaboratively through explorative dialogue with the business owner or team leader. We use a range of technologies, and programs to offer support to teams and individuals throughout the workshops series, including Slack and Kajabi. Team members have ongoing access to YES& coaches between sessions for questions, dialogue and confidential support.
