This course meets the International standards laid out by One Sky International Breathwork Institute (established 1990), Leonard Orr’s Rebirthing Breathwork International (RBI); and it exceeds the minimum training standards recommended by the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and the International Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA).

The focus is on basic and advanced breathwork practice, breathing assessments and intervention techniques, breathing development exercises, deep processing, spiritual psychology, sacred relationships, group dynamics, specific applications in bodywork, counselling and psychotherapy, athletic and artistic performance, breathwork for various medical conditions, and self-improvement as a business. The practice of facilitating individual breathwork sessions is explored in great depth and detail, to assure that the participant gains all the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to establish an effective and successful personal or professional breathwork practice.
