We focus on unlearning who you think you are and what you should be or do. This facilitates a process into remembrance of what is really true for you, in your life, your relationships and your profession. True freedom.
We know most patterns are driven around fear and control. As you let go of things you can't control outside of you, you will re-discover power within yourself. This allows you to speak and live your truth, in every moment and context in life.
Further to exploring who you are and your potential, we explore the very nature and fabric of the universe that is you.
This work will support a natural decrease in anxiety, fear, and dominating thoughts and feelings. Experience ease, calm and clarity in every moment.
We explore the deep notions of fear that drive most unconscious thinking and behaviour to facilitate a genuine process of true love for self and therefore all others. We work our way back to the origin of you, which is where all true happiness lies.
Buried deep underneath the layers of your personality is an innate wisdom, the wisdom of You. We look to clear the distractions of personality, so you can live and express this innate wisdom of You.
We keep it grounded. Exploring the depths of your being, whilst also addressing practical day-to-day situations around work, relationships, financial freedom, physical health and well-being.
The YES& Coaching process has been developed by YES& through experience in Developmental and Integral coaching, and includes:
A Small Group Size: 5 - 7 people per group
An intentionally designed group step-by-step structure with a coach who journeys with you & the group, exploring the limiting structures of the self construct that gets in the way of true powerful expression in meaningful work.
Weekly sessions conducted by video calls and access to the YES& Inner Coaching Circles, alongside complementary practices and community events that support the individual to transcend and integrate learnings into cohesive growth.
Integrated practices and frameworks including Integral Theory, Integral Semantics, Neurolinguistic Programming & the Communications Model, Spiral Dynamics, Meditation and the neuroscience of Habit Development and Leadership.
